Amjo Corp - Woods Light Return Policy:
We realize that returning products can be a hassle. We attempt to make the job as pleasant as we can for you. It is important that you contact us to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- We accept returns for most (not all) products within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Products returned in warranty must be returned to the manufacturer, not Amjo Corp. Contact Amjo if necessary for details.
- No returns accepted without prior authorization.
- Once an RMA has been issued, you must return it within thirty days of the date you contact us. No return will be accepted beyond thirty days of the RMA date.
- Many of the products we sell are shipped directly from our vendor's warehouse or factory directly to you. At our facility we have little or no test equipment or boxes for re-packing for resale to others.
- It is mandatory that you contact us so that we can advise you where to ship a product you wish to return. Shipping to Amjo usually complicates the return as we in turn have to re-ship it to the factory or warehouse for evaluation. This action slows down the issuance of credit to you and increases the overall handling cost and risk of damage during shipment. Call us; We will let you know where to ship the return.
- Generally, items sold by Amjo are covered by the maker's warranty. Most items (NOT ALL) can be returned to Amjo Corp within 30 Days of our ship date. In most cases a restocking fee of 25% will be applied. Our minimum restocking fee is $25.00.
- No return will be accepted for credit unless it is in a 'like new condition' and is packed in its original packaging. Freight and handling charges will not be reimbursed. Please call AMJO at 513-942-2770 to arrange return. Unauthorized Returns will be rejected.
- Freight and handling charges will not be reimbursed. Some products include "free shipping" or "shipping included". In this case before any refund is issued, we reserve the right to subtract the shipping charges before calculating any refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Smokers Take Note: Today many people will not tolerate the smell of smoke or even traces of the smell of smoke on any item. Smokers who return products must be aware that if we detect the smell of smoke on an item making it not re-sellable then no credit will be issued.
- Remember, it is your responsibility to re-pack the product properly, arrange for its return to our vendor. You would be wise to insure the shipment so that in the event of loss or damage you are not out of pocket
